All products sold on Hold On To Health are digital and delivered instantly via download link or email. Because there is no physical shipment and access is granted immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued.

 

If you experience a technical issue, such as a broken download link or a missing file, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resend or resolve the issue at no cost.
